Protective Packaging Materials Ensure Product Safety

Packaging Design will select and manufacture for you the packing materials that will provide the greatest protection at the most affordable cost. We offer four main foam packing materials. Each has its own inherent advantages and disadvantages, and Packaging Design can choose the material that's just right for your product. Foam's excellent cushioning qualities, high impact performance, light weight, good appearance, and versatility make it the material of choice for a variety of packing applications. Packaging Design offers these foam packing materials:

Polyethylene Foams

• Rolls: 1/32" - 1/2" thickness - regular and anti-stat
• Planks: 1.2 lb - 9 lbs, white, charcoal, anti-stat, polylam, extruded
• Sheets and pouches
• Cross link polyethylene

Polyurethane Foams

• Ethers: Varied densities and I.L.D.'s, colors, flame retardant, anti-stat
• Esters: Varied densities, p.p.i.

Polypropylene Foams

• 1 - 1.9 lb density

Polystyrene Foams

• Pelaspan loose-fill peanuts - regular and anti-stat
• Plank stock: 1 lb - 2 lbs.
• Starch based loose-fill
